The host was very welcoming and went above and beyond. The kitchen was nice and large. We cooked several meals. Our dogs enjoyed the huge backyard. Overall all we had an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful weekend stay

Great space for my family to stay. The AC units kept the place comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for eating in. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time! We chose this house instead of getting separate hotel rooms and I'm so glad we did! The kitchen and living room are very spacious, and the 3 bedrooms were exactly what we needed! Sonia, the property manager was amazing to work with! Super accommodating with us and paid such attention to details. I would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Location was convenient to areas we wanted to visit. Our pet had more space to move freely than any hotel room. Our host was gracious and kind. We would stay here again.

Great little casa in ABQ

The location was perfect for getting around different parts of ABQ and a great size for three adults. Would recommend for those needing a landing pad while exploring ABQ.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The home is close to the airport and Old Town which we frequented the most during our trip. The home was also very clean. The bed sheets, towels etc … that were provided all smelled clean/freshly washed. Sonia, our host, was absolutely wonderful and provided excellent communication during the entire duration of our trip. Overall we had a superb time here.

Comfortable house

My daughter's family including 2 dogs stayed for several days. The house was clean and comfortable. We made a large puzzle on the table and cooked a few meals. The beds were clean and everyone slept well. The neighbors put out luminarias on Christmas Eve and it looked beautiful!!

Older But Somewhat Updated

The house was as advertised - cozy 3 BR. We were just relieved to get something to attend my father's memorial service because it was balloon fiesta time. The kitchen & bathrooms had been modernized and were great! The bidets were a novelty but worked well. The living room is comfortable but the bedrooms need more attention. The Roku TV was good and we were able to find local channels for the news as well as for music & movies. The bed arrangements are a little awkward ... The "Master" with the queen we had assumed would have it's own bathroom - it did not. There was also another twin bed in that bedroom which made the space tight.The other bedroom also with a twin did have it's own bathroom but my adult son couldn't fit on that bed. Other than the bed arrangements, the queen mattress was comfortable and the pillows were good & clean. We really liked the Samsung air conditioners installed in each room - it made managing the temperature easy. One thing that was very odd - the windows were all unlocked. All of them. We had to go through the house and lock them. We hosted a family dinner while there, and the home is not accessible for wheelchairs but we were happy that we could accommodate 10 people comfortably.
