Our Casa is an Adobe style two story home; very large home with full kitchen, dining room, living room upstairs study, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The Master bedroom has a beautiful large balcony with a mountain view. Private parking on the property, private patio with night lights, outdoor fire pit. BBQ grill and Patio Furniture. Full laundry room with washer and dryer. The house has AC and Heating. The house is located in the Heart of Historic Old Town Albuquerque!! The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to “Old Town” Albuquerque. We felt safe walking.

The grounds and outside of the house were well maintained. The interior needs a little attention.

Just Right

We couldn't have been more pleased with the location and the overall space, plus the off-street parking provided great peace of mind. The owner was very responsive and polite; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again next time we're in town.

Terrific House So Close to Old Town

Our group of musicians has stayed at this property three times while we've been in ABQ for shows and a conference. The location is fantastic for us, and the house is wonderful, with a full kitchen and a nice patio for grilling or enjoying the fire pit. It's safe and very private. Earl is a great host, and, truly, a good guy!

I am bilingual and have lived in Alb. all my life. I am also proud dad of 3 beautiful children and love spending time with my family.

Why they chose this property

This Property is suited for folks who would like to get away from the busy streets of Albuquerque, but is just minutes away from mostly everything. Including the transit system, I - 40 interstate. Old Town Plaza, etc. I grew up on this very same street and know most of the families in our neighborhood. You will love the nice peaceful area. Plenty of parking on the property. Lots of lighting for security. AC and Heating with all of the amenities available to you.

What makes this property unique

This an Adobe Style home the four base wall are made with thick mud bricks. So the place stays nice and cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter. Private cozy patio where you and your friends and family can enjoy the fire pit or BBQ grill.
