The house was amazingly clean and welcoming. We were down there for the opening weekend at Keeneland. Our extended family of five had plenty of space for the three day stay. Very close to everything! Would highly recommend and stay again.

Ok so this place is great. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We didn’t hear anyone around us either. Parking super convenient, host attentive, beds comfy, showers were good. Would stay again!

What an amazing stay we had last weekend. Such an easy checkin/checkout process and the property had everything we needed to feel right at home. Plenty of kitchen essentials to cook if you wanted. Both bedrooms were very cozy and even the pull out couch was comfortable. Plenty of seating for everyone to gather in the living room to share stories or watch the big game on the large flat screen. Parking was great and Jennifer was quick to respond if you had any questions. We will return soon.

Came for Keeneland and Bourbon Trail and had a great stay! The place was just as described online. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Perfect location near campus. We will stay again!

This very clean, charming townhouse is in a great location that is super convenient to campus. It’s was very well equipped with kitchen items, shampoo, hairdryers, an iron and other needed supplies. We will definitely book again!

Enjoyable Stay

Our family was in town to visit one of our kids at UK and to visit Keeneland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found both the house and manager to be fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!!

Southern Charm deserves five star ratings. Everything as pictured and described. Exceptionally clean. Very convenient for U of Ky and the medical centers. Parking was great for us in our marked spot and easy for family who joined us. Outstanding communication. Quiet condo area. Highly recommend. Supplies such as detergent, etc.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at! Clean very well equipped with everything you will need. We love that the host left snacks! Comfortable and quit! It's so charming! We will be back! The host is wonderful and answers you back very quickly! So much better then a hotel room.
