Welcome to the Carrollton Cowboy House. Take refuge in the private backyard to unwind, relax, and have fun. Lounge in the covered patio area. Sip a beer, indulge in some BBQ or play lawn games – there is a space for everyone.

Plenty of room to eat and gather inside and outside. 8-seat dining tables for both inside the house and under the cedar pergola in the backyard. Coffee maker (drip and French press), coffee and tea are provided as well as plenty of cookwares, utensils, dishes, bar tools, glassware and plastic wares for outdoor dining. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, microwave oven, air fryer, toaster, brand new fridge with filtered water dispenser, hot water dispenser and dishwasher. Washing machine with detergent and dryer on site.

Smart TV in every bedroom. Wifi included (gigabit fiber internet). Game room features a 65” Samsung smart TV, a full size walnut pool table with accessories, board games and an adjustable height office desk with an external monitor and an anti-fatigue mat.

Check-out procedures:
- Leave dirty towels in the bath tubs
- Ensure garage door opener is left on the main dining table
- If you use the grill, burn off all food for 10-15 minutes on high and brush the grates
- Place bagged trash in the garbage bins, recyclable items go into recycling bin
- Discard all food in the refrigerator
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on
- Turn off all lights and lock all doors when you leave

House rules
• Check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 10 am.
• Please respect the property and neighbors. No street parking. Park in the attached garage or driveway only.
• Total Occupants Permitted - 10 occupants max, no more than 7 adults, and no more than 4 unrelated
• No pets allowed.
• No parties allowed. Special Events prohibited. We have noise level monitoring devices on site that will alert you if there's excessive noise.
• No loudspeakers in the backyard or patio area.
• Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm-8am (no audio sound beyond property line). Curfew time is 10pm-8am (no congregation outside).
• No street parking. Parking is available on the driveway and/ or garage.
• Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of your butts in the provided ashtray. There will be a $200 cleaning fee for smoking inside of the house.
• For weeklong stays; Trash day is Wednesday. Please leave the bin by the curb on or along the alley no earlier than 6 pm Tuesday night and removed back to their stored location by the side of the garage by 9 am Thursday.
