Cheerful, extraordinary clean home on a quiet street only minutes from bike trail. Easy access right off of I 229. Centrally-located and close to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Extremely clean and professionally decorated home. New stainless stell appliances. Quiet neighborhood with adjoining deck that has plenty of seating in the fenced backyard. Short 2 minute walk to bike trail, 20 minute bike ride to falls park. Child and infant friendly home.

BEDROOM 1: Queen bed with extra pillows and linens in closet. Ceiling fan. Box fan. Room darkening curtains. Pack n play in closet. Master bedroom, attached door to bathroom.

BEDROOM 2: Queen bed with extra pillows and linens in closet. Ceiling fan. Box fan. Room darkening curtains. Kid friendly toys located in closet.

Very nice neighborhood

Contact with property manager was great. Thanks DebbieWe gave this property 3 stars because the listing states two bathrooms but, did not mention the 2nd bathroom was down a flight of stairs in the unfinished basement. Two of us are recovering from knee surgeries. The main bathrooms sink was clogged which was inconvenient. We did enjoy the location it was close to the freeway.

Sisters Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at your house. The house was perfect for our stay. We didn't realize the second bathroom was in the basement. The kitchen floor was a little sticky, so we had to clean that up. I think that we would definetly stay there again.

Overnight stay

The home is listed as 2 bathrooms. However, one bathroom is down some very steep narrow steps to the basement and the bathroom is not very well lit. It did not appear to have been recently used or cleaned. There were no towels provide there or mats. Once we cleaned it, it was very functional. The rest of the house gets 5 stars. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend it.

Better then a hotel

Great home, very comfortable beds and room darkening curtains. This was a great home to stop at on our way through town as we traveled farther west.

Hospitality and Accommodating

I could write a book about our experience with this host and the property but I will try and keep it short. My wife was starting labor with our 4th child, we were looking for somewhere to hang with the kids while she was in delivery at a small birthing center. I had trouble understanding the booking and Debbie was more than accommodating. After learning that the day we needed it wasn’t going to work for her property she then tried finding us a place to stay over a busy Memorial Day. We didn’t have any luck and decided to stay in a hotel the first night but then arrived at her property the next morning. The house was cute, comfortable and very clean. It was everything we’d hoped it would be. The biggest compliment I can give though is her hospitality and communication. She was more than willing to work with us through any complications that we ran into with our scheduling, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our family will be staying at this property again whenever we are in the area and need a friendly host with a great house!

Clean, quiet and complete

As a fellow Vrbo owner, this place is perfect. Everything you need! + clean and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. Checkin could’ve have been easier. Walk down the street to the head of the best trail in Sioux Falls Will definitely be back !
