(Pool heat may be unavailable during extreme cold to protect equipment).

Please let us know if you’d like it heated or if any issues arise during your stay. We’re happy to assist. After booking please request pool heating with the number of days desired and we will send you a payment request via Airbnb email on file to complete the payment there.

Please note: Pool heating may be disabled if outside temps fall below 40°F

Up to 5 vehicles can park in front of the house

Additional 4 parking spaces are available in the back

Important Things to Note:

🚫 NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS
Only registered guests are allowed during your stay. Violating this rule may result in a $1,000 cleanup fee or removal. If you're unsure whether your plans fall under this restriction, feel free to message us first.

🐾 Pets Allowed
We allow up to 2 small dogs for $100 for the entire stay. Accidental poop and pee cleanup extra, furniture and property damage extra.

📺 Entertainment
All TVs are Smart TVs with YouTube TV pre-installed

Feel free to log into Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, or your favorite streaming platforms
