Only 4 cars can park, (No Street Parking) if you park in the street the city will fine you. This is a firm rule!
Quite hours are from 10pm till 9am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
This is not a party house; we are located in a residential neighborhood. The city will revoke our license if we allow out-of-control loud parties.

We loved our weekend at the Speakeasy! Our host was exceptional in providing us with everything we might need. The place is clean, roomy, well-appointed, and relaxing. You have to check out the Marlin Room--it's awesome! This was a perfect getaway spot for our family, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The Speakeasy property is in itself a vacation destination! Pictures of this wonderful home do not do it justice! My entire extended family from various States were all able to stay in one place while attending a family function Close by. The host was absolutely amazing! Very good at communication and very helpful! The home was absolutely gorgeous. It had everything we needed and was clean. The speak easy is such a cool feature, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back again!

The Speakeasy is beautiful inside and out. It sits in an established neighborhood with plenty of shade trees. Close to stores and attractions.We were provided with info about local attractions and things to do. Pet friendly. We enjoyed the pool, large TVs, game room, large well stocked kitchen and of course, the star the property, the Speakeasy. We were not disappointed. Would definitely stay again. Have already recommended to friends.

Wonderful property

Lovely home which is beautifully decorated! Every detail was covered and well thought out. Master bedroom bed was fabulous! Game room was very entertaining for the whole family! We also loved playing records on the record player in the speakeasy room which felt like an entirely different place to be! The pool and hot tub were perfect as well! Howard was extremely nice and quick to respond if I had a question or need. We will definitely book and stay in this home next time we are in Dallas visiting family!

End of Summer Family Staycation

We did an end of summer staycation for our nieces and nephews. Mr. Hale reached out to us before and during check in to make sure everything was going smoothly. check in was very easy. Mr. Hale sent us the code and we had no problem. When we walk through the house you could tell the house had been deep cleaned. Its a beautiful home with a lot of space. Even with 10 people we still didn't use every bed or room. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds are and how well they slept. This has definitely been our favorite house. I will definitely like to stay here again without the kids lol. This is a 10/10. I definitely recommend. The house is perfect and in a great location.
