Located in the old city, the place is close to monuments and sites that were part of the history of the city that can be reached on foot. The convention center, the port "la bodeguita" are 5 blocks away. The sunsets of the city on the wall are three blocks away. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping centers that can be reached on foot. The beaches are less than 5 minutes away by car. It is a place in the center of everything, ideal for the person who comes for work, rest, vacations or to have fun or party. The apartment has two independent rooms, a 50-inch TV with DIRECTV and internet, an equipped kitchen in case you want to prepare your own food, a refrigerator, and air conditioners. It also has a shower with hot water in case you want to use it after an exhausting day. It has a private patio as a place to chat or read. the rooms are away from the hustle and bustle of the night. in case of any doubt do not hesitate to ask.

I would rate it a 5 but I'm not use to taking cold showers. So it doesn't have hot water. Everything else was great, host, location, front door man all 5 stars. its just when it came time to take a shower. Not sure how the water was so cold concerning how hot it is there

Right in the middle of Old Town Cartagena -- Fantastic!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I loved this place because it was in the best location possible. You walk out and all the bars and restaurants are right in front of you. Old Town Cartagena is a majestic, lively place so this is where you want to stay! Amazing.

Uncomfortable place to stay

The furniture is broken in there the couch and it has been for about a year or more it's unusable you can't pull it out because all the Wi-Fi stuff is on it if you sit on it your butt goes to the ground you cannot sleep on it definitely maintenance needs to be done in the apartment the table is so shaky almost fell that I had to tighten up the legs myself the washing machine hose was so old that it broken from use but now I'm being charged for it yes my girlfriend dropped a soap dispenser and it cracked there is nothing wrong with the coffee pot it was like that and has been being used since but he charged me 45 for a hose and a soap dispenser I rented this place for months at a time over the last few years the owner is just trying to get extra money out of me instead of doing repair and maintenance on his property
