Couches need replaced asap. They have no support, worn out on inside support. Inappropriate for this quality of home. Add a hot tub outside. Small cost to owner. Exterior patio is fine, but if you need something to garner attention of vacationing people, really beef up your backyard area. It is ver average at best

Hmmm I have yet to ever hear a comment on the couches. I stay there often and have no problem with them. With that said, we just completed a remodel and will do another interior remodel in the spring to update the furniture. Thanks for the suggestion.

The house was lovely and the view overlooking the golf course and mountains were priceless. The pool table and foosball table were an added bonus that kept our family entertained.However the description of the home says sleeps 12. It slept 8 comfortably. A queen bed was missing in the master bedroom as indicated in the diagram. There were two blowup beds that the two younger children used however no batteries provided. Also a fire pit was listed to enjoy but propane is not provided as well. Bath towels were limited too.Thankfully the other two adults didn’t make the trip as there weren’t enough beds to accommodate them.

Thanks for your response and your stay. Your reservation indicated 9 people. We supply enough towels per guests on reservation but also keep an additional supply in the upstairs closet as well as additional linens for blow up beds. I will double check our listing but we have four bedrllms with a total on three queen beds and a king bed. We have two blow up king beds with an inflator. Assuming someone took the batteries out for another reason. We do not keep the propane tanks supplied with propane,

Great setup for golf foursome

Perfect stay for a group of golfers. Quiet location with bedrooms for each golfer. Clean, comfortable with all the amenities we needed to relax and recharge between rounds.

Beautiful Tucson getaway

We loved out week in Saddlebrook, Jerry’s place was perfect!! We had so much fun watching the coyotes during the day and listening to them at night. No doubt our favorite was happy hours on the patio, especially with the stunning views. Jerry was an excellent host and very responsive whenever we had a question.Thank you Jerry! We hope to be back again next year!!!

Thank you Maria for the five star review. Yes it’s tough when maintenance issues happen, but glad we got the refrigerator fixed in a timely matter. You reminded me also that we need to leave notes on how to set the thermostat for incoming guests so they can easily adjust temperatures to their own preference. We hope to see you next year!!!!

Tucson Golf TripEverything was top tier

Everything was top tier and as described. View from patio was killer. Expect to drive at least 30 minutes to the better golf courses. Resort facilities were nice and not crowded. Only complaint, there are only two showers and one tub, which was a small problem for 8 adults but we knew that going in, just required some scheduling.

Bad leak probably from ice maker leaving huge puddles of water that had to be mopped multiple times

Bad leak in kitchen. Air conditioning upstairs not working. My son actually was able to fix it by moving or reconnecting a hose.

Refrigerator has been repaired. Both bedrooms upstairs have brand new portable air conditioners. Not sure why this was brought up.

Tranquilility

We truly enjoyed our getaway to Oracle and this wonderful property. The view from the patio says it all....idyllic setting for morning coffee or an evening toast. Jerry was kind enough to allow us to stay there even though the dates were marked as 'booked', I asked & he opened the week up for us. The neighborhood is very peaceful/quiet, lots of singing birds, Road Runners, deer and other wildlife right out the back door. The other amenities (several pools, fitness centers, jacuzzis, saunas) were sparkling & relatively uncrowded. The only bummer was that we were looking forward to playing pickleball but were met by some unfriendly 'HOA type' residents who were quick to let us know that since we weren't homeowners we were not welcome to play there during prime time (mornings/evenings, when it was cooler)....would have been good to know beforehand. There were lots of other fun things to do in Oracle as well- off-roading up Mt. Lemmon and visiting the Biosphere & Collosal Cave. I would highly recommend staying at Jerry's place if you enjoy peace, nature, and the desert lifestyle.

Thank you so much for the kind review. Regarding pickle ball, it is such a fast growing sport, especially in this active adult age group, that the courts fill up so quickly. yes, guests can use the Pickleball courts but for certain times during the day. For our future guests we highly recommend the bocce ball courts. We enjoy that as much as Pickleball, and are hello uaually always available.

Host knew Upstairs Air Conditioning Broken 103 degrees

I have never left anything but 5 star reviews. I left a message on June 9 with no response. Therefore on June 22 I feel I must review so no one else rents during summer months. Upstairs AC is completely broken. I reached out to host and he said he knew, but had left a portable AC unit upstairs and it was pretty easy to install and it would cool the upstairs. It did cool one room. It was loud. The other room never was below 85-87 degrees. Our guests live in Maine and were very uncomfortable. I feel this information should have been shared with us prior to arrival. I was very bothered that our message was ignored. It was over 100 degrees every day of our stay! The home has a beautiful view. Checkin was simple. If I were renting in winter no issue. However, the complete lack of remorse and communication from host of broken AC should make anyone nervous renting this property.

This response is an accurate. We knew our system upstairs was in operative, and we did provide a portable air conditioning unit that worked for prior guests. We plan on replacing the main system this winter. Prior guests stated the portable system worked just fine, so I assumed it was. When this guest checked in, he asked about the unit upstairs, and I immediately responded. He stated he got it set up and was working. The lack of response he is referring to his after he had checked out and mentioned the need for me to alert other guests which we have. We just very seldom rent the house during the summer months.
