Penthouse Condo with two master suites, gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and private laundry room. Two large verandas for outside dining , entertaining and watching the sea and sunset. Privacy and quiet, yet 5 minutes to the best beach and Palm Beach area. Everything you need is in the condo!This unit can be rented as a one or two bedroom unit, as one bedroom ( guest ) can be locked off allowing usage of the remainder of the entire unit and master suite. The price listed is for usage of one bedroom only. Usage of two bedrooms increases the price between $50-$125 depending on the season .
