Only two blocks off the St. Charles parade Route, a 14 minute walk from the Superdome/Arena French Quarter and Harrah’s Casino, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment will have you living a VIP lifestyle for the duration of your stay in NOLA. The space features a separate living area with a basic kitchen including a hot plate and essentials for basic breakfast and cooking needs, custom mural art and high-end furniture. We are steps from steps from some of the best restaurants in the city and within 1.5 blocks of a Rouses market.



Our home is within a mixed use building located in an urban neighborhood within close proximity to a mix of uses, including residential, retail, and commercial. Exterior noises may sometimes be heard in the house during normal business hours.

Guest Access:

The property is accessed from via a coded entry door at the front of the property as well as a coded entry for this unit. In order to access this unit enter your unit code on the elevator keypad and then hit the 4th floor button. The elevator opens directly into your unit. If taking the stairs, apartment #4 is on the third floor. Your unit code works on the entry door from the stairwell. Once inside, The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use. In addition we offer:

The Neighborhood:

You will find that our home is well located in the heart of the historic Warehouse District, between Uptown and the French Quarter. We are a very short ride away or only a 12 minute walk from the French Quarter. We are also just a short walk away from the National World War II Museum, Ogden Museum of Art, the Smoothie King Center and Superdome. If you’re looking to be close to the best of New Orleans, this is it.



Getting Around:

Heading to the French Quarter is easy. • Uber/Lyft/Taxi is about a 6 minute ride away

• Walk/bike: easy 14 minute walk or 10 minute ride through the CBD. Head in the opposite direction as the traffic on Baronne Street.

• Via Public Transport

o Take a left outside of our home and walk 0.5 blocks to Julia Street. Take a Right on Julia and walk 1 block to Carondelet Street. On Carondelet Street take the Streetcar line down to Canal Street where it ends. Canal Street Marks the beginning of the French Quarter

This suite is located within a multi-unit building. An additional 4 bed unit, 2 bedroom Unit and 5 bedroom unit are available for groups requiring additional accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO while visiting New Orleans. The unit was very unique and we loved the vibe of an older building made modern. The balcony was an added bonus, accessible through one of the large windows in one of the bedrooms. Only wish they had seating out there! The only downside to this unit is that outside noise is very loud in the two front bedrooms that have windows. The garbage trucks came by each morning around 5 am and were extremely loud, as were people walking around outside in the middle of the night. I would recommend a loud sound machine if staying in one of those rooms. Otherwise, the unit is great and we loved it!

Great spot and just the right space for a friends weekend get together. Really appreciated the third floor location and the elevator that took us up there. This is an excellent place. It’s located very close to all downtown activities. We walked mostly but you could also take the trolley. The rooms were all very clean with clean sheets and towels. The a/c was fantastic. It kept the apartment super cool. The back two rooms had windows. The inner two rooms did not have windows. The inner two rooms were very cold and very dark compared to the outer two rooms. The room with two windows was a bit warmer than the rest. So putting a/c too cold froze the inner two rooms to keep the outer room cool. One complaint is the outer two rooms had no where to hang clothes just a drawer. Inner rooms had a pipe to hang clothes but no drawers. Kitchen was great. It’s tough though because there are non of the essentials so if you make food you need everything. Oil, pb, mustard mayo etc…. One last thing was noise insulation was not great. Every morning we were there we were woken by garbage trucks passing traffic with their radios on, heavy machinery, birds chirping etc.. so if your a light sleeper. Not a great spot. There was one parking spot and that was great to have. Easy to get into the building and to get to the room. There is an elevator you can use to take you to your floor or stairs. All in all it was a great place

TNF stay

Our group had a great time being in town for the TNF game. Close proximity to the dome and we mainly took Ubers too and from Bourbon street. Great food nearby and having 3 bathrooms for this many people was awesome! Super easy check in and was able to easily extend our stay by a night.

Comfortable stay, great neighborhood

We stayed here for a work trip in the Spring. There was plenty of room, the property was clean and comfortable, and we loved the decor and high ceilings. Honestly better than the 4 star hotel I stayed at earlier in the week. The manager was extremely responsive and professional. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a CVS and market just down the block and an easy walk to the french quarter. I would definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.
