Lakeside Suite - GOODYEAR LAKE- A unique offering in a quiet waterfront community on Goodyear Lake. This suite is a private guest suite in a separate building from the owner's residence. Guests have use of a deck overlooking the water - the sunset views from there are beautiful! Outdoor seating is provided on the deck. Guests are welcome to fish or swim from the waterfront dock below the deck.
This suite has a sitting area, a bedroom and a bath and is in immaculate condition. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler - all you need for a little getaway. Your host provides a guest size refrigerator, a microwave and a Keurig coffee machine. A day bed (w/ 1 twin bed) in the sitting area provides sleeping for a third person.
This suite is attached to the garage, separate from the main house, where your host lives. However your host invites you to use the deck and waterfront in the lakefront side of her home. Ample off-street parking.

Adorable Little Spot!
This was the perfect stay for me! My son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park, and it was only about 15 minutes away. The lake is beautiful, and Rosie is the sweetest!

Perfect place for our Cooperstown visit
This rental spot is perfect for 2-3 people. It has one bedroom, bathroom and a living room. There is also a refrigerator/freezer and a coffee maker. It had pretty much everything we needed. The place was very clean. We enjoyed the peacefullness of the area and it was as an easy drive through Cooperstown. Highly recommend this little treasure.

Delightful lakeside retreat
The Lakeside suite is an absolutely charming place to stay. It is quiet, private and peaceful, tucked away amongst other pretty cottages along the edge of Lake Goodyear, with access to a gorgeous private deck with sofas, chairs and tables with stunning views over the lake. The rooms themselves are fairly small and simple, but comfortably furnished, and immaculately clean, with everything you need for a short break. The owner, Rosie, is kind and welcoming, and she went out of her way to make me feel at home.
If you are there for a baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park, it’s an easy fifteen minute drive to get there; and a perfect place to relax, away from the crowds, in between games. I had a wonderful visit.
