Spacious Home, in the private resort community of Sand Beach, on Lake Erie. The perfect place for relaxing family vacations, summer fun and Lake Erie fishing trips. This cottage is a completely remodeled and updated ranch style home. The living room offers a large flat screen TV with digital television and live streaming, karaoke, and a large recliner couch with plenty of seating for relaxing. and enjoying the electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home cooked meals and socializing with a coffee station and seating for the whole family. A large deck is right off of the kitchen with outdoor seating and beautiful views of Lake Erie! The master bedroom has a King size bed with a full bath right across the hallway. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a triple twin size bunkbed (the bottom bunk is a trundle and is for toddler use only). The third bedroom has a bunkbed, which is a full over 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a toddler over toddler bunkbed (suitable for toddlers ages 2-4 only). 2 'pack 'n' play" bassinets are provided. All four bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku's with Hulu and Hulu Live. The full second bathroom has a tub/shower. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer/dryer. All linens and towels are provided. Enjoy our game room with pinball and arcade games and the Breezeway offering a Tiki Bar, TV and Poker Table.

The fenced in backyard offers the perfect place for children to play or enjoy games such as ladder golf and cornhole. The garage offers space for more toys such as the golf cart, Surry bike, bikes and kayaks. A private fenced-in playground is just down the little neighborhood street, with another play area just a few steps away. The children will love the swings, slides, basketball court, monkeybars and more!
