Nice time at 365 Beach Club

We travelled as two couples and found this unit very suitable for our needs. The beach was steps away and the beach bar was great. The Unit itself was a bit worn but the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach kept us outside most of the time. It was good value for the cost. We'd stay there again.

Misleading and disappointing

Okay. Where do I start? Cockroaches throughout the apartment. Bathrooms smell like sewage. Both pools were unusable (one was closed and emptied out and one had a broken filter and was full of mold). Beach was not private as is listed in the ad. If it’s private then there sure are a lot of people casually “sneaking” on and off of it. PROPERTY WAS FULL OF CONSTRUCTION WORKERS. Men following us around behaving inappropriately and truly threateningly. Following us at close proximity at night with tools in hand. Talking about us in Spanish in a threatening way. Making remarks about the female in our group. They had a ladder right outside our bedroom and porch windows during the entirety of our stay which made the porch unusable and the bedroom window, we had to cover with a blanket so that no one could watch us. Window and door also DIDNT LOCK, so anyone could have come in, any time. Hosts misrepresented the property completely. We were told by residents that the construction had started months prior. The hosts knew this was going on and chose not to disclose it. They told us “one of the pools is closed” but nothing about the other pool and nothing about the heavy construction or the fact that there would be strangers peering in our windows. Super uncomfortable. We shared our comments w/ the host upon departure and they did not care to assist or provide any type of refund. Do NOT recommend. There are nicer places for the same or less $.

L'appartement est bien située, sauf, l'intérieur et l'extérieur du complexe a besoins dun bon refresh surtout dans les salles de bains, aussi si vous êtes la a long terme il manque de tout pour cuisiner ,on avait même pas le minimum en cuisine. Pour le reste tout était parfait le wifi, le cable rentrait très bien, nous sommes près de la plage, les piscines sont genial et bien entretenue. Supermarché a distance de marche, restos vraiment tout près. Dans l'ensemble nous avons adoré nôtre séjour ! Le Restaurant 365 sur la plage qui relie le complexe est super avec un bon service et nourriture, même si vous habiter le complexe faut dépenser minimum 10.00usd pour pouvoir avoir une chaise longue pour la journée, j'aurai aimé que l'hôte me le spécifier avant d'arriver. Un gros merci a lorenzo qui a répondu dès je lui envoyait un message. J'aimerais y retourner l'année prochaine !
