Our Cape Coral home is very spacious/inviting for your families! Fabulous Heated pool, There are two new smart TVs and a larger open kitchen. We offer three bedrooms and a master bedroom with pool view. We are located by newest grocery store in town, Farmer Joes.Your secluded tropical paradise awaits you. You don't wanna miss this beautiful 3 Bedroom,2 Bath, Den Pool Home with large spacious feel in great SW Cape Coral neighborhood. As you enter the home through the double doors to a great room overlooking the AMAZING pool with a gorgeous waterfall you will notice the extreme attention to detail.
The split floor plan has a Master Bedroom Suite on one side with two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. Den /Office has double french doors that you can shut for some additional privacy. Kitchen opens to Family and Dining Room with a breakfast bar for fast service. Home has been immaculately maintained and has truly beautiful, inside and out!
The home is a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus a den with a FutonBed and a Office Desk ,home featuring a vaulted ceiling which features a large Heated pool and lanai and a Baby Fence . The open Kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar, Relax in the Heated pool,Other highlights of this property include: tile throughout.

Nicer than the pics!

This place was really cute, owner had many accommodations such as toiletries and many towels for us. The back porch area is bigger than the photos show so that was also nice He was super nice and understanding i would recommend this place!
