Amazing Apartment is located in San Jose Downtown. A large queen bed sleeps 2 guests comfortably along with a private bathroom with hot water shower. The apartment features Air Conditioning, a private Kitchen with Refrigerator, microwave, and sink, LCD TV with cable and fast WIFI Internet. There is a work area with a desk and two stools. Outdoor Patio features natural light and sitting area. Aptartment is on Second Floor Building, reception area has night Security Guard.We do not have onsite parking, however, we can recommend that you pay to park at Parqueo Avenida 6, which is one block away from our building.

Beyond Perfect!

This place was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. A little bit of heaven while away from home. The check-in process was smooth and the host was always available to answer any questions and ensure we had what we needed. I have to return to the area soon, and I will definitely stay here again.

Not even ear plugs will help you here, the music from the nightclub next door shakes the walls. I didn’t sleep at all until 2am every night. They blast music from 11am-2am and the week days were even worse than the weekends. The host was responsive but not accommodating. The cleaning lady who does all the work for this place is amazing and so kind though, unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend at all based on the noise and the area around the place.

Not impressed and would not stay here. Price may be good but the location, room, and conditions are not worth it. You’re located next to multiple bars which blast very loud music the whole night. LOTS of foot and car traffic in this location. The walls are SUPER thin so you can hear everything in the VRBO and outside the VRBO. Starting from the beginning, when you first check in, the host is not there but just a cleaning lady who is only Spanish speaking. Very hard to have a thorough check in process and get any questions answered before hand. Although the listing says parking is offered, parking is NOT offered and you DO have to pay for parking in a public lot. It’s 4000 CRC (7 USD) for 12 hours or 1000 CRC per 1 hour. After roughly checking in, we get the keys to our room and it is TINY! The pictures are very deceiving. The space is very limited and tight. If it is just you traveling could be fine, but anymore with you, may not be the best option. We were also under the impression that the “balcony” would be an overlooking one, but it’s just a door that leads to a tight space outside with a thin sheer wall blocking your balcony from your neighbors balcony. The room had a very weird smell. The real stopper is if you need housekeeping or even NEW towels to replace your old ones, you WILL be charged a fee. The only positive to the whole experience was how fast the host was at responding back via direct message on VRBO. But other than that, the stay itself, 1/10 stars.

The property is in the heart of the Downtown Area of San Jose, Costa Rica and is walking distance to major parks, museums, and shopping. The building features a first floor reception, with 2 additional retail locations and then 8 stylish apartments on the second floor.

The location and quality of this building is perfect and the apartments themselves are nicely designed and stylish. Walking distance to some of the best attractions in San Jose including museums, shopping, parks, tourist attractions and tours.
