Stylish Downtown Studio Apartment with Patio & A/C!

Amazing Apartment is located in San Jose Downtown. A large queen bed sleeps 2 guests comfortably along with a private bathroom with hot water shower. The apartment features Air Conditioning, a private Kitchen with Refrigerator, microwave, and sink, LCD TV with cable and fast WIFI Internet. There is a work area with a desk and two stools. Outdoor Patio features natural light and sitting area. Apartment is on Second Floor Building, reception area has night Security Guard. We do not have onsite parking, however, we can recommend that you pay to park at Parqueo Avenida 6, which is one block away from our building.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This trip was special and the place i stay was uncomfortable. People kept on walking into my apartment withouth knocking on the first day. The second day it happened again and i checkout and looked for another place. Never again

This is a new property, with construction completed in October of 2022. The property is in the heart of the Downtown Area of San Jose, Costa Rica and is walking distance to major parks, museums, and shopping. The building features a first floor reception, with 2 additional retail locations and then 8 stylish apartments on the second floor.

What makes this property unique

The location and quality of this building is perfect and the apartments themselves are nicely designed and stylish. Walking distance to some of the best attractions in San Jose including museums, shopping, parks, tourist attractions and tours.
