The whole family will love this private lake house. The original millhouse sleeps 8. We are pet friendly! The 90 acre estate boasts a 45 acre lake that's known for trophy bass. Bring your boat or use our kayaks and SUP. Tired of reeling in fish? Enjoy the professional outdoor pickleball courts and a beach volleyball court are located on the property as well as walking trails along the Mattaponi River. Relax by the fire pit or read a book under the covered bridge. Be our guest!

My family and I loved our stay at this property! The scenery is beautiful and relaxing, especially the waterfall. The house was clean and well stocked. The bedrooms/beds were comfortable and as pictured. It’s a good location if you want to stay somewhere quiet and peaceful but not too far from things to do in the area. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!
