Welcome to Hacienda Serena, a modern Spanish oasis situated in the beautiful Monterey Country Club in Palm Desert, California. Enjoy golf course and mountain views in this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home expertly designed and furnished with everything you'll need to feel at home.

Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and tucked away amid dramatic mountain ranges, Hacienda Serena offers a tranquil getaway to a desert oasis. Marvel at the beauty from the large patio with an oversized relaxing hammock or the long chaise lounge chairs. Have a family BBQ with the wonderful view on the patio with the outdoor dining set and charcoal grill and smoker. Meals are easily prepped in the large updated kitchen. With new appliances and all of the bakeware/cookware you'll have everything you'll need to make a feast! The dining area is big and bright and perfect for everyone to gather. The living room has a comfy sectional couch large enough for friends and family to watch a movie on the 65" tv or just cuddle up and read by the easy-start gas fireplace. Inside entertainment includes cable, fast internet, Netflix, a range of books and lots of games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy.

Each bedroom has a cozy bed, flat screen television and plenty of closet space and drawers to unpack and really make you feel at home. The Desert Moon primary bedroom also offers a built-in office area which is perfect for anyone working remotely. The view from the Desert Moon primary bedroom includes the private atrium which can be covered for shade or opened to see the stars. Have a drink in the atrium in the lounge chairs by the wood burning chimenea fireplace or enjoy a soak in the 72" clawfoot outdoor tub. This area is the perfect private oasis!

For our youngest guests, we offer a playard which converts into a bassinet, changing table, napper and a crib with the additional mattress. Additionally, we have a high chair with tray so the entire family can enjoy meals together. For two children, the credenza in the living room converts into a Queen size bed.

Community amenities include 37 heated pools and spas, two of them just a short walk away from the home! Our guests have access with an additional fee to golf on the award-winning private golf course, state-of-the-art gym with separate weight and cardio and stretch rooms, bocce ball, tennis, pickleball, ping-pong and darts. Additionally, our guests have access to the lively clubhouse with amazing restaurants and lots of events!

Please leave both bedroom bed linens on the bed. If the fold out bed was used, please strip the bed and fold back up as found.
If any baby items including pack n play or high chairs were used please wipe down and fold up and place in primary closet as found.
Please turn off lights and any fans used as well as close windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must be 25+ to book. NO PARTIES. Palm Desert has ordinance on noise and parties. Guests that break rule will be fined and evicted w/o refund
All guests staying in home and visiting must submit ID to register for access. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the home or community. No Pets.
Late check-outs without prior permission will incur a fee. External camera is located at the front door should not be tampered with for any reason.

Beautiful, peaceful stay!

This property is absolutely amazing! The home was quiet, clean and we loved the decor. Anything we needed we found at the house. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio to watch the golfers and enjoy the beautiful weather. Fiona is an exceptional host! Her communication and promptness for everything was answered and taken care of immediately. We look forward to staying here again next year!!!

Lovely Palm Desert Retreat

Our family enjoyed a short escape to Palm Desert and Hacienda Serena was a lovely place to temporarily call home. It was spotlessly clean, with a golf course view, and beautiful decor. Our son used the gym and the instructions for facility use were easy to follow. While we admired the many pools in this gated community, we didn’t have time to use them…next visit!

Hacienda Serena is truly a special property. It is a completely renovated home with authentic rustic Spanish desert details. We created a space for couples, friends and even families could enjoy equally and to really feel at home in a lovely Spanish inspired Hacienda.

What makes this property unique

The desert can be a warm and dry place but Hacienda Serena is very much an oasis. The large patio has relaxing lounge chairs and an oversized hammock has wonderful shade from mature trees. The private atrium is another wonderful space specific to Hacienda Serena with a wood burning fireplace, lounge chairs and string lights, not to mention the extra long clawfoot soaking tub for the ultimate relaxation oasis.
