Amazing stay

We were impressed by the high end Quality materials used in this renovated unit. We appreciated our hosts extra effort in decorating the unit for Xmas holidays to make it feel homey. Steps to the Beach!

We had a very enjoyable 2 month stay at Felicity by the Sea with almost perfect weather but for 2 days or so. The condo is on the 1st floor and steps to the pool and beach. It was wonderful hearing the constant roar of the ocean. The condo is well appointed and easy to maintain. The key pad access is very convenient. The owners - Felix and Karen - are excellent communicators. The master shower is quite large with 2 sets of double shower heads so 2 people can shower together if that's something of interest! We discovered a couple of things to note: there is a storage drawer under the master bed. The 2nd bedroom is a single over double bunkbed with a pull out trundle bed. There is a Pack N Play playpen (not crib), beach toys, 2 beach umbrellas and some small chairs. At the north end of the parking lot there is a car rinse! If you like to walk, jog or bike ride, Hutchinson Is. is very flat. We saw 4 Spacex launches the best of which was a night launch. Take the elevator up to floors 5-9 to watch the sunsets.

The passion I have for the ocean is what made my family and I purchase this property. It was a dream and a goal of ours. This property is a hidden gem and driving to this island brings you peace, joy and tranquility. There's nothing better than, waking up early in the morning to watch the sunrise of the Atlantic Ocean.

What makes this property unique

What made us fall in love with our condo was that it's a beachfront, the brightness of the condo, the sound of the ocean right in our doorstep and no need for an elevator to go to your condo. Also, the amount of parking spaces available for owners and guests.
