It also has an attached 2 car garage, awesome sun room and a fantastic screened in back patio. This is one of the nicest established neighborhoods in Grand Junction!

Lots of great things to say about this house! The host was very easy to communicate with, the house was pleasant, spacious, and clean. We loved spending the end of our days sitting in the recliners in the living room, sharing events of the day. We would happily stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable home in a really nice neighborhood and conveniently located near the hospital. Terry was very responsive and helpful, we had everything we needed and the home was perfect for our family as my husband was in the hospital.

The house was perfect for our get away. Plenty of room to relax. Spacious kitchen a d comfortable beds. The fenced back yard was perfect for letting our grandson burn off some of that 18 month old energy.

Great location, great owner, comfortable home.

This home is in a great neighborhood, it feels very safe. Communication with the owner was fantastic! House is close to the airport and convenient to downtown Grand Junction. It has a really nice closed in back porch area. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a very comfortable stay.

We had a great time, very comfortable. Exactly as advertised, host was very kind and responsive. Loved the area in a beautiful older established neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. This is the second time we have stayed here, we would definitely stay again.
