Very clean, roomy, and convenient.

House had lots of room and was very clean. FYI, most of the bedrooms were upstairs and lots of stairs to climb. Allowing pets was a plus, as we had our pup with us. Only real complaint was the owner not disclosing the exact address until two days before our trip.

Nice property for extended family group

A nice property that accommodated our family well for Notre Dame graduation weekend. The house was clean, had spacious dining and kitchen area, nice refrigerator, coffeemaker with coffee, plenty of towels. It's an older house so we weren't surprised that the AC struggled, but after the first night the weather was cooler so the heat was not a significant problem. We did bring some folding chairs to provide more living room seating as recommended by other guests.

Great House for a Large Family Gathering

Brian was quick to respond to messages, the house was large enough to accommodate my family with small children. We enjoyed ourselves. I’m glad your home was available at the time of booking!

Baby Shower Weekend Getaway

We had a Baby Shower planned here close to my daughter in laws family & this home was absolutely perfect. It had the perfect amount of space to take my mother, my daughter, and my grandson to stay with us while celebrating a baby shower. The only addition I would put in the home is a high chair and maybe a fold up pack and play but it was wonderful! Will stay again for sure. Check in & host were great.

Lots of space

We enjoyed our stay very much! Lots of beds, lots of space, table big enough for 8 ppl, nice porch. Large Tvs in every room Parking is on street but we had 0 issues.

Convenient Mishawaka Location

This property is easy to find, very clean, great contact with the owner, and very close to our family. Important note, the stairway going to the second floor is steep and can be slippery. Hold on to the rail to prevent falling.

Very clean and spacious!

We had 8 adults stay in the house since we were in town for a wedding. The house was so great I wish we could have stayed longer! The house was in a great location, very clean and huge! So much room for indoor activities and in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

I left items including a pair of 200 AirPods that the owner refuses to return and I have location set up on all my devices and it says it’s at the house but the owner has refused to return the items so now I have to file a police report. It’s been 5 days and he won’t respond back about my AirPods. But want to message me asking about a shooting that happened around the corner. I truly hope he isn’t trying to make that an excuse to keep my AirPods because I will be filing a police report and I will be showing them these pictures letting them know that my headphones are at that house and that either him or his housekeeper are trying to keep them.

Family gathered for a wedding. This house is clean, convenient location and spacious. Comfortable beds, and nice size kitchen It felt like home away from home.

Family Christmas

My family of 15 people with their dogs had a wonderful time staying here. The home was clean and beautiful and there was plenty of beds for all of us. There were a few games and a kid's corner with books, both were enjoyed thoroughly. Having a fenced in yard was a definite plus. The only thing I would change was to bring our camping chairs. There was a large L-shaped couch in the living room and a lot of open space where we pulled in chairs from the kitchen but it wouldve been nice to have pur own seats.The host was great to work with and quick to return all VRBO messages.

Perfect location!

This place was way ‘more house’ than we needed, but so close to parks, the riverwalk, affordable, and walkable to the wedding we were in town for….we couldn’t pass it up! Big old house that had everything we needed for a comfy stay with our dogs. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we felt safe and at home.

This quiet and friendly neighborhood is so close to Notre Dame University as well as the city centers with plenty of food, shopping, and local attractions. The riverwalk being just 2 blocks away is so much fun in the summertime especially!
