One of the closest homes to ND—just an 18-minute walk (0.8 mile) to the football stadium in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Spacious 5-bedroom, 2-full bath single-family home with 2 bedrooms/2 full baths on the main floor and 3 bedrooms in the basement. Central heat & AC, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, basement laundry, free street & driveway parking, and a 2-car garage. Private backyard with patio furniture, BBQ grill, and fire pit.
The basement living room is used as a 5th bedroom.

If you are coming for football weekend or any major events and need more beds, just let me know ahead of time.

Had a small group for a tournament at Compton, house was perfect for our group. Plenty of parking, good number of beds. Older house that could use updating but for what we needed and the price it was absolutely perfect. Would stay there again.
