Condo is great. It was clean and well maintained. The location is what makes this condo. Just steps from pool, Playa Alicia and the Waterfront restaurant. Great communication with host and on site manager.

We stayed in 1a, for 1 month. The condo had everything we needed. Grocery store within walking distance. We did not have a vehicle, we didn’t feel we needed. Alvaro, property manager was so accommodating, kind, and always available. We would definitely recommend.

Per family--Best trip ever

Coming to Sosua multiple times this year instead of FL Keys. Took cousin and wife on this trip. They commented this was best trip ever. What made it special was being able to live and mingle with the locals, the condo and its location, not needing a car, the quality, pricing and quantity of local restaurants and available activities including the beaches. Also the ability to do impromptu local volunteer work. Cousin a former MLB player ran a half day kids clinic at the local field. Google translate works wonders but we did have to hire an interpreter for the baseball camp. GoMad (Go Make a Difference) a local volunteer organization was a tremendous help. This feels more like staying with friends than anything else.

2nd visit

2nd visit. Stayed in different condo than 1st visit. Condos were ground floor but opposite side of building. Units near identical but this condo had table and chairs out on patio than small outdoor sofa. Preferred the table and chairs as I enjoy watching the sunrise with some Santo Domingo coffee and read from my laptop every morning. Alvaro, the property manager is very responsive and even met his wife who drove me to the airport. Nice unit, great location and friendly people to deal with. The owner also communicates well and is very responsive. Especially helpful since I do not have WhatsAp and I have to rely on texting and email to communicate.

What makes this property unique

Two beach front restaurants to enjoy. Sun rises and Sun sets to die for!!! Do I need to mention the Beautiful Beach that these units sit on, Playa Alicia. Do your research!
