I was surprised that there was no elevator. We were on the third floor. There were 4 adults and 4 children. Lots of stuff to carry up three flights of stairs. The air conditioning worked well in two of the 3 bedrooms and barely worked in the living room and 3rd bedroom. The sliding doors were faulty with one having broken glass and the screen coming out. We put chairs in front of them to keep the 8 month old babies from falling out onto the balcony. Otherwise, very beautiful, great pool and a lovely beach for walks.

Very large unit with a great view of the pool and ocean from most rooms and the large outdoor decks. Nice to be in a smaller condo community that still has a bar/restaurant. Swimming in the ocean outside the unit is not recommended as it’s very choppy and windy. Virginie was kind enough to let us check in early as my husband was very ill. It would have been a miserable day in the heat.

This is a very beautiful location. The penthouse was large and clean. Property well kept. Staff were very nice. Price was well worth it. Thank you very much.

Tranquil and spacious accomadations

This penthouse is spacious and has all the amenities one needs for exploring the north coast... the pool on the property is perfect for kids and for relaxing... i loved the beach and swam every day but it is only for very good swimmers who understand currents and undertow... the view is amazing... only a few minutes into cabarete to enjoy other adventures and restaurants.

Beautiful beach condo

This condo is beautiful, large, excellent condition and well furnished with everything you need. Supermarket is a little further than would like but turned out to be a nice walk along the beach carrying groceries in our back pack. The condo has basic stuff like salt, pepper and spices left by previous clients. The owner is very helpful and easy to get hold of. The onsite restaurant is excellent. We had a great time.

Family stay

The apartment is beautiful. It was a bit hard to find. No big sign. Did not know 2 AC’s were missing. I was ok with the one in the living room being out but that first bedroom was a sauna even with a fan. They could cover the wires coming out of the wall for the AC. The jacuzzi could not be turned on cause water would fall on the bottom neighbors. We couldn’t enjoy that. We cooked our first night and after closing the stove there was a lingering smell of gas. We had to reach out to the attendant to close the gas line just to be safe. The after the Maintance guy found no issues with the gas but after making lunch the next day and using the dryer there still was a lingering smell of gas. The staff is really nice and attentive. Over all stay was good, has potential to be a great stay.

Everything was amazing. Great location. Only a 20 minute beach walk to the heart of Cabarete. Just remember to stop by the store on the way for necessities like soap, shampoo, TP, paper towels, garbage bags, etc… The place is huge and each room has their own bathroom/shower.

Host was excellent, very responsive, beautiful property, huge. We would highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed that they had a restaurant on the premises. A great vacation and again thank you to our host-amazing.
