This two bedroom house gives you the feel of country living but without the hassle. Cozy house just a few miles to TSU campus with room for up to seven guests. Bedroom 1 has queen bed and a twin. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. There is also two comfy full size couches. The bathroom has full tub/shower. Roku TV in living room as well as bedroom 2. Fully equipped kitchen. Less than 1 mile from the square for boutique shopping!
Relax on the back patio with a cup of coffee watching the sunset or sunrise.

Great host and easy to communicate with. Super comfortable rooms. Very clean and decorated so cute. The only thing we needed was ice cube trays to make ice.

Precious house! Close to downtown, super clean, beautifully decorated, amenities are top notch, communication with owner is excellent! Furniture and beds are new and comfortable. We loved our stay!!

Place was immaculate, and a perfect location in Stephenville. Was Quiet, and walking distance to the Purple Goat.Kerry was an excellent host and responded within minutes to any questions I had . I will be staying here as much as I can when I visit.

Cozy house in Stephenville, TX

We had a wonderful time in Stephenville enjoying time with family and relaxing at our home away from home. Kerry thought of every need and made sure that we had an exceptional stay. This property is located just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and campus. I look forward to returning.

Property Manager was Great, Very clean and Cozy!

Everything went smooth and was easy, clean and comfy! Location was on the outskirts of town but not far from everything as its a small town and we enjoyed that part. The only thing that would be nice was a full length mirror somewhere because I couldn't see what i looked like getting ready for church Sunday morning, ha!

Great hospitality

We really enjoyed the open feel of the home and the cleanliness. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were even some snacks and water for us there. Host is very responsive and we would definitely book again!
