This brand-new condo has been carefully decorated and features a unique open concept that includes a comfortable and stylish living area, as well as a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a cozy private indoor patio that is perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests.

- Master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart Tv, ensuite bathroom and sliding doors that open to indoor terrace.

- Guest bedroom - Features a king size bed, next to a full bathroom and smart Tv.

- 2nd Guest bedroom - Includes 2 full beds, ample closet, ensuite bathroom and smart Tv.



The fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and dining area, provides everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. The living room is perfect and has a pull out bed for extra space. Perfect place for relaxing after a day of exploring all that Cabo has to offer. With comfortable furnishings and plenty of space to spread out, you'll feel right at home. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer within the condo.

The Neighborhood:

Mavila is a quiet, gated community inside Quivira Los Cabos, a luxury development just 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and Medano Beach. Surrounded by the scenic Pacific coastline, in a secure and peaceful environment. Guests also have access to both Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica (adults-only) restaurants, located within the Quivira development.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend renting a car to move around Ubers are allowed for drop-off but not for pick-up inside the gated community. There are two security checkpoints, and guests must be registered in advance.



Other Things to Note:

Mavila is a new and growing community. Construction may occur during the day, Monday through Saturday, though most guests are not bothered by it.

This is a smoke-free community. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in common areas.

Pets are not permitted.

The community BBQ grill is for owner use only. Unauthorized use will result in a $150 USD penalty.

External vendors are not allowed. Our concierge team can coordinate trusted local services.

Monthly reservations require an additional $300 USD refundable security deposit per month.

All guests must provide ID and sign the community rules to gain access.
