This property is located in an older townhome community. Many of the interior fixtures and finishes are dated and appear to have been heavily repainted over time. The property is also noticeably smaller in person than the photos suggest.That said, it’s a decent place to stay and conveniently located a short distance from the Capitol. However, we did experience a number of issues during our stay. The property manager was generally responsive when contacted. It’s also worth noting that this property requires full payment upfront at the time of booking.

This was a really great location for exploring DC. We had a wonderful time biking around the city from Gravely Point.Food was close by, home was clean and organized. Check in great and host communicated very well with us.The only thing that reduced our rating, was having the pull out sofa in the basement, with a door that opened to the outside, and the other beds two floors up. We had planned to have five year old twins on the pull out, but didn’t feel comfortable with that. So grandma and grandpa slept there.

It's a nice place. Definitely handy to all the DC attractions. Is spacious, well equipped. Would definitely recommend it. When we stayed though, the upstairs toilet was broken, the kitchen sink drained very slowly, and the waste disposal didn't work. It just needs some attention to these issues. I am not giving these types of VRBOs a hall pass for this anymore, given what you pay per night, you expect basic plumbing and appliances to work properly.

The kitchen house as a whole was nice and really clean the first night the temperature dropped and was really chilly in the house and we had no control of the heat and didn’t have enough blanket or comforter, said it sleeps six is kinda misleading, 5 adult male friends no spouses so we made the best of it loved the location with all the shops stores and restaurants nearby
