ENTIRE PRIVATE UNIT: Light, bright and airy 2 bedroom lower level unit! Massive front and back yards with hot tub, outdoor shower and palm tree's visible from every window. Both rooms have a queen size bed and ceiling fans + walk in closets and large openable windows. Full kitchen, large living room / dining space plus central heating. Centrally located just off Abbot Kinney (Venice) and right near Marina del Rey. 10 minute walk to Venice beach and amazing restaurants and bars all around - super walkable! The home is Spanish style and has lots of character & charm !
