Beautiful three bedroom single family home newly built (2022) with a private driveway entrance and ranch-style backyard will sleep up to 6 guests. Ultra-modern design open living area kitchen and dinner with backdoor that leads to the backyard garden to enjoy outdoor living dining firepit and grill. Essentials provided to get you started easily make yourself at home. All bedrooms are on the upper level with two full baths. Access to all major retailers restaurants minutes from Downtown Richmond

The space
Quality time peace quiet and comfort at the superior living newly established Berkeley Estates. Nice little getaway in our mini ranch style /firepit garden just 2 miles from WM supercenter. All major retailers and diners within range to make your stay memorable. Everything is new from construction to the minutest detail put together by our finest curators to offer you a deserved experience.

All areas accessible except locked garage, maintenance equipment and storage room.

Other things to note:
Everything you use in kitchen and dining spaces must be cleaned and returned to its original state and place.

Security cameras/audio recording devices:
Our property is Ring protected. We have a driveway monitor and video doorbell which is always on for guests safety. Also backyard monitor to secure the premises. All monitors are outdoors only. VRBO policy prohibits video recording devices indoors in private spaces.

Great house and location for Fort Lee

Location is a short hop to Fort Lee. Quiet neighborhood. House is immaculate. Smells wonderful. Nicely decorated. Von is a wonderful host. Quick response and on top of things. He runs a tight ship, which makes the place enjoyable.

A hidden gem

This hidden gem was perfect for our girls weekend. The property not only met but exceeded our expectations. It’s hidden away in a quiet neighborhood but we still had quick access to the interstate. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pictures did not do it justice. Thank you Von and Nicki for creating heaven on earth for 3 weary friends to come together to refresh and rejuvenate.

Visiting son at the Base

We were a group of four adults who came to visit son and daughter in law on base. We enjoyed the spacious clean home to gather and one night I cooked dinner. One bathroom has a walk in shower which was great for my 88 yr old Mom. Only thing is two of us are asthmatic and we had to unplug the scent spraying devices.
