Great house! Close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance. We were going to a wedding 6 miles away, perfect little town. Loved the house! They had extra pillows, towels and the beds were so comfy!

It was absolutely perfect for our short lil beach getaway for our family. We had an absolute blast! The house is located centrally to everything we needed. The host was responsive and perfect with all the information that we needed. This house was set up perfect for us, the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed as we love to cook breakfast! The big fridge is a huge bonus!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Easy drive to local beaches. Local shopping and restaurants around the corner. The local firehouse five bell alarm was annoying, but that's not something the owners have control over.

Great Location!

I really enjoyed my time staying at this location. The area was exactly as described, and extremely accommodating for guests. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Milsboro/Rehoboth area!

Home sweet home in Millsboro

We found the home to be very clean and inviting. We loved the location, close to everything but off the main road. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and clean. Check in process was easy, the property owner is super responsive and went above and beyond with the minor issue that arose. We would stay here again!

Lovely and convenient

This adorable and conveniently located house is great for visiting family in the Millsboro/Rehoboth/Georgetown area. Convenient to shopping, 30-40 min to beaches and outlets. This was the perfect base for our visit to Millsboro family while also taking advantage of beach attractions.

great little house in a neat town! the property was well maintained, and situated perfectly for us to get all the places we wanted to be. the only downside is that it is located about a block away from the fire station, so you are, let's say, very well informed of fire emergencies in the area. however, we only heard the klaxon sound twice during our stay, so it wasn't a big deal. would definitely stay again!

Casa Del Rio?

Well, where's the river? We found a creek about a quarter mile away. The outside presentation barely matches the actual arrival view. Inside is just old and tired. The surrounding area is sketchy at best. We had lunch, made our decision, went back, got our stuff and found a hotel. For what it's worth, I think i should receive a full refund for the VRBO and my additional hotel expense, that is approximately $650.00. Thank you.

We are sorry you left dissatisfied. It would have been appreciated if you had contacted us immediately with any/all concerns, but you did not. You contacted us when you were having issues getting inside, and we were able to resolve the issue promptly. Our refund policy is listed on our site, and had you communicated your dissatisfaction in that moment we could have been more accommodating. It is also important to note that Indian River is two blocks east of the home at Cupola Park, .2 miles away, as is mentioned in the listing. Millsboro Pond is .25 miles away. There is ample parking should the walk be too far for some. We can include a map onsite for others, thank you for this new idea. We believe the other reviews of our home represent the experience of an well maintained, quaint home in a small town, and that our photos and listing are very accurate.

This rental is cute and cozy and was perfect for our visit to Millsboro where my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren live! Walking distance to a nice park! The host was easy to reach, accommodating and friendly. Loved the kitchen and made a nice dinner for the family. I could only find one sauce pan in great condition so they may want to consider looking over their cookware offered. Lots of nice dishes, glassware, bowls, pot holders, dish towels, and silverware! It truly was fun to cook there! They provide a variety of nice touches that travelers may forget to bring when renting to make lodging feel homey! Even in October it was nice to sit on the patio! We plan to rent this adorable house again when we visit!

What a beautiful, cozy, perfect home for our time! The place was wonderfully clean when we arrived, from the bathroom to the bedrooms to the living area. The decor was unique and not overpowering. Everything was orderly and organized. There were additional food and condiment items in the cupboards that made our stay and cooking simpler. The air conditioner was modern and effective. We always leave the places we stay better than we found them, and this time there were no obvious cleaning or organizing things for us to take care of. Overall, a wonderful experience!
