Fenced yard, pet friendly, strong wifi. Near MTSU, food and shopping.
Functional home, not fancy. Kick back and relax in this calm, functional, well-loved space. This is a smaller, older home but functional to meet your needs for a weekend getaway or a weeklong work trip. This home is pet friendly and because we welcome those fur babies, we keep the home simple so our pet parents can relax and enjoy. Safe family neighborhood with fenced yard and plenty of parking.
This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and inviting. The family had a good time and are making plans for a future stay. Thank you for making the family feel welcome and your hospitality.
Loved the pet friendliness and the fenced in back yard. Access to backyard is via middle bedroom. Wasnât a problem for us. Issues were the musty smell. Smelled old as did the refrigerator. There was dried food in the sink and dirty paper towels on top of the fridge. Towels were old and worn. Price was cheap comparatively. Spider webs above the shower and around some baseboards. Also, 2nd bathroom commode had âcertainâ stains in it. We closed the door and never used it
The kitchen table only sat 2 people we had 4 in our group. There was no seating outside and there was 2 trees down in the yard that were just mowed around instead of cleaned up and the fence is falling apart in some areas. The one bed was a toddler bed and needs updated to either a full or a queen. This could be a really cute property if it was kept up. We travel twice a month for business in that area, so we are always getting VRBO's. The location was great it was peaceful just needs some TLC.
This place is super cute! It was perfect for our one night stay but it would have also been perfect for longer. Itâs an older house but nicely maintained. You will have everything you need here. Very nice backyard if you have pets or kids! Nice neighborhood and not too close to other houses. My only suggestion would be to add a TV in the bedroom with the double bed
So disappointed. Backyard not as pictured. Piles of brush, tree branches, and Osage oranges in various states of decomposition. We were competing in a dog show and booked this rental so our dogs could play and unwind after the competition. Access to the backyard thru a bedroom was ackward. The person staying in the master bedroom had to disrupt the person sleeping in the bedroom if their dog needed to go out in the middle of the night. Also had problems when we arrived. Access code to keyless door lock didnât work and we had trouble contacting property manager. No contact information provided in check in email if we ran into a problem. Found out battery was failing and lock had reverted to default code. Finally got a key by accessing a lockbox on back door. Information for access to Wi-Fi was also wrong. But the house itself was very nice. It was clean and well stocked. We loved the adjustable sofa in the living room.On our wishlist for a more comfortable stay would be a hairdryer in each bathroom. There was only one and we had to share. We couldnât find a cutting board in the kitchen. Unfortunately we broke two drinking glasses. One fell out of the dish drainer and broke and the other was found broke in the dish drainer. Not sure how that happened.
The house was nice. Everything needed was available for us to use to cook and make coffee.
The TV would not sync with the internet so we were unable to use the TV. I found mouse droppings in one of the bedrooms ( which explains the ultrasonic rodent deterrents in all the rooms).
Overall we were happy with the house and are confident the above issues will be fixed shortly.
Our first issue was the WiFi wasnât working, but we only spent the night so not a big deal. The queen bedroom had an exterior door with the laundry room off of it and no windows, so not considered a bedroom. Also the laundry room light just turned on and off randomly so our guest was kept awake all night. And the bed was so squeaky! Every tiny move and it squeaked. There was minimal furniture and it wasnât very homey. Said large kitchen and it was tiny.
