Clean, comfortable and great location
Home was exactly as advertised and very well equipped. Not so little things, like hair dryers, an espresso maker and an elliptical exercise machine helped make an above average stay. Great location in Southern Village adjacent to Carrboro and Chapel Hill.
Lovely home in excellent Chapel Hill neighborhood
My family stayed in this beautiful home over my sister’s wedding weekend. The location is super convenient! The neighborhood is excellent! The house was well-stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable. Linens and towels were great quality. Thank you, Angelo! Perfect house for our Chapel Hill visit.
This house was just right for our family of four adults and three small grandkids. It is nicely laid out, with a front room suitable for grownup chats and a great room for cooking, meals and tv viewing. The kitchen is well-appointed and the three bathrooms are nice. The location can't be beat if you need to be near the university. Everyone loved the porch swing!

family friendly home
the location is perfect for visiting Chapel Hill. We spent the week celebrating the Christmas Holiday with our family. It was perfect for playing games, watching football and cooking meals. The layout was just big enough for all the activities. It was nice to be close to our family in Carrborro. The kitchen could use some more cooking supplies, like a cast iron pan and few more coffee mugs.
Great CH rental
We stayed here for a 10 year UNC reunion weekend and it was a great rental. Location: about 1.5 miles from Franklin - far enough to drive/uber instead of walk, but close enough that it's a very short trip. The house was clean, homey, and in a great neighborhood. I like the idea of the double mattress bunk bed - so 4 people could potentially stay in the bunk bed room. Cute patio with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for lunch on a sunny day. My only minor complaint: Would definitely recommend a regular sized trash can and a regular sized recycle bin - stocked with trash bags - for the kitchen. Would definitely stay again with a group!
