Stunning Oceanfront sights and sounds, this is a luxury resort style townhouse, 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, 4 large balconies each very different 2 with direct ocean views. Expansive and open living/dining/kitchen area Includes garage parking with private staircase to the split level living area.

Walking along the beach to highly regarded restaurants and resorts. Short 5 minute walk to wine store, ice cream parlor, beach shops, cvs and more.

Includes all HOA fees, electric, wifi, smart TV,
laundry washer & dryer in unit, heated pool, private beach access, tennis

**Board does not allow pets. No pets of any kind.**
** No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana) in the condo or on the
balcony** We have a smart cigarette smoke detectors and if you violate this rule
you could lose your entire security deposit. Violators will be charged a $500 fine
plus damages and extra cleaning fee.
