The Perks at this house is that the pool is right In front of the house and there’s a spacious parking exclusively for the house.

You will be near the exclusive prime areas like New Mazatlán, Cerritos, Gallerias, water park, the best tourist complex, and fantastic night life clubs and activities.

The Space:
This is a cozy two story house with three-bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for a family or friends getaway. Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, pots and pans with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. Bath towels, pool towels, bathroom amenities. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with 55” smart Tv and easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy. The second bedroom has two twin full size beds with a nightstand and easy access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom is nicely furnished with a full size bed and easy access to the guest bathroom.

The dining area has a dining table set to seat 6 people. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored counter tops with microwave, refrigerator, and stove . You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 55" smart tv with streaming service like Netflix, Disney Plus.

The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board and pool towels.

While I'm fully responsible for my property and its facilities as with any home, I cannot be held responsible for extra third-party provider's services for power, water, internet etc.

The Neighborhood:
We are in the north side of Mazatlan, Cerritos, New Mazatlan full of beaches, the best tourist complexes, you will find a water park just in front of the residential. A quiet, clean, pleasant and very safe residential area.
