Element Vacation Homes welcomes you to The Holiday House. Upon entering, and a few steps past the foyer, you'll notice the expansive living/ dining/ kitchen area, furnished with contemporary furniture and numerous high-end kitchen appliances. In fact, you'll be seeing double in the kitchen with its dual refrigerators, dishwashers and ranges. Preparing meals for large groups may never be this easy. The spacious living area features a large comfy sectional sofa and mounted 86 inch flat-screen television and becomes the foundation of a memorable family night. A large dining table with tons of seating can be found adjacent to the kitchen.

The ground floor gets plenty of natural light, thanks to the large sliding glass panel door which is also your access to your very own private resort-style pool. Stylish outdoor furniture can also be found on the pool deck for all of your entertainment and relaxation needs.

Head upstairs and dive into the magical world, take Insta worthy photos or play pool at the magical themed space or head out to the garage and play some mini golf. You can also watch your favorite movies at the Vintage Tiered Theater complete with lounge seats.

Choosing your favorite from the 11 bedrooms will be the best part. Kids and adults will surely love the themed rooms from the wizarding room, to the beach bunk room, candy mania and frozen.

Resort Community
You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

Neighborhood
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You're less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Great shops and eateries such as Ford's Garage, Carrabba's, Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House, and Cracker Barrel are all within 10 minutes on Irlo Bronson/ 192.
