I have a passion for hosting and take great joy in creating warm, inviting spaces where guests can truly feel at home. My husband and I are blessed with six children, and through our busy lives filled with travel sports and activities, we’ve had plenty of opportunities to experience what makes a stay truly comfortable. Our travel adventures have given us a deep understanding of the little details that help guests feel relaxed, cared for, and right at home!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property the moment we saw its timeless historic charm and the stunning live oak tree gracing the front yard! Located in the heart of the Oakleigh Historic Garden District, this home (built in 1905) is surrounded by the beauty of Mobile’s most iconic historic homes, majestic live oaks, and a warm, welcoming community. Here, you’ll often find neighbors strolling to nearby restaurants, parks, and museums, enjoying the unique character and vibrancy that make this neighborhood so special.
What makes this property unique
This home, built in 1905, truly embodies timeless beauty and charm. Every time we see it, we’re captivated all over again. The soaring 12-foot ceilings, the inviting historic front porch, the majestic live oak out front, and the original wood floors that grace much of the downstairs are what first stole our hearts. We’re confident you’ll love experiencing the unique historic character of this property just as much as we do!
Beyond its charm, the location is unbeatable—perfectly central to everything Mobile has to offer. And, as a bonus, you’re just a short walk from the excitement of the Mardi Gras parade route! We hope George will capture your heart just like it did ours.
