Promised internet hard wire, took several days, steps to property and heavy entrance door difficult to navigate, troublesome door lock had me locked out, even neighbor couldn't get it to work, closet and cabinets would stick and were difficult or impossible to open, hot water took 4 minutes to arrive. Ice not even made. For 145 per night I at least expected ice
