Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.



These lofts are not in a neighborhood, but rather in a unique setting- A brand new development right next to the river in a very old factory that has been completely renovated. The units are right on the Little Miami River and also on the Loveland bike trail. There is a fully operational brewery and restaurant on location.



Most people bike, walk, or hike. But, you will need a car, Lyft or Uber to get to the property. We are very close to Kings Island and Camp Cedar.

What a great experience! We came for the Cincinnati Open and this VRBO was perfect. Great quiet location, incredibly responsive hosts and very comfortable accommodations. After two full days of tennis it was lovely coming back to this peaceful place. Hope to be back next year.

Beautiful space

What a unique and special place to stay. I just loved the ceiling and adaptation from factory to living space. It was well equipped, very comfortable beds and cozy living space. The bike trail is right there which was a true bonus!

Great property and great owners.

We had a trip scheduled to visit our relative who was passing away and before we could make it they passed. The owners worked with us to move our reservation and actually extend it to accommodate staying for services. I really appreciate the great communication and being able to get all this accomplished with minimal headache and traveling with my elderly parents
