Beautiful 2/2 in North Hutchinson Island, second floor marina front unit! Private community with 2 heated pools, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 community rooms, tennis and pickle ball courts and private marina with where you can see manatees, dolphins and fishing is allowed! This property also has private beach access steps away. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, living room area with leather couches, flat screen TV and dining table and chairs. All bedrooms have TVs. All linens and towels included. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella also provided. Fully furnished balcony. Rent includes water, electricity, cable tv and Wi-Fi. Minutes away from downtown Fort Pierce and Vero Beach. No pets allowed. During peak season there is a 90 night minimum.
