Enjoy and see panoramic Ocean Views and Breezes from our 3rd (Top) floor Condo with elevator. Located in Ocean Villas ll, 700 Building, we are centrally located on a 9 hole executive golf course across from Private Beach access and On-Site Restaurant and Tiki Bar. Beautifully maintained and updated by owner/manager.

The resort level NEW swimming pool complex is complete with hot tub, tiki bar drilk and food service, changing rooms and beach access. There are 3 additional pools within a short walking distance from our Condo.

There is over 3000 feet of private beach. We provide beach chairs in our beach locker at the pool complex. No need to lugging chairs!

Newly renovated Ocean Villa II Cluster, it is convenient yet private. Bright and comfortable, there is an open floor plan that flows from Eat-in Kitchen with granite counter ...to Living Room Ocean Views with wall-to-wall glass sliders...To a screened in balcony. French Doors lead to bedroom, with Ocean Views. King Size sleigh bed and private dressing area with additional sink. Full size washer/dryer, bathroom. Just bring your bathing suit!

Completely furnished it includes a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, stove, sink, central air and heat, full size washer and dryer, new linens, pots, pans, tableware, smart flat panel TV in living room and bedroom! Hair dryer, iron, ceiling fans in living room and bedroom, beach chairs. Free high-speed wireless internet/WiFi.

Ocean Village is the Treasure Coast's best value and this unit is exceptional with nice water view, directly overlooking the first Tee and short walk to mile long private beach. Owners treated us very well. We had a great time and will come back again. Thank you for a wonderful get-away!

Perfect beach stay

The condo was just perfect for the two of us. We were totally thrilled with the Ocean Village setting with all sorts of amenities right on your doorstep. Although the main pool was under construction, there were two other pools that we could use. The little par three golf course was very well maintained and greens fees were just $5!! We would love to come back next year!

We have completely remodeled this Condo, down to the bare walls and then Custom Restored and Rebuilt it to better than new!!…Custom High Ceilings Thru-out, Custom Kitchen, French Bedroom Doors, Lighting and Appliance Fixtures, etc. With it's Beautiful Ocean Views and just a minute or two walk to Private Beach, and On-Site Restaurant and Tiki Bar, Recreation Center and 9 Hole Executive Golf Course and Tennis Courts …

What makes this property unique

On our very first vacation trip to Ocean Village, we fell in love with the community. Before leaving for home a week later —we purchased our first condo! We had the opportunity to 'upgrade' to this top OceanView Condo in the same building in 2004 and remodel it to one of the most lovely and unique Condos. We have had numerous returning Guests over the years that call our Condo and Ocean Village home.
A great Community of both Owners and Renters year round, upon arrival you will feel like you've been there before and welcomed by all. Beautiful private beaches, numerous Island Restaurants, Onsite: Golf and Tennis Courts along Health Training Room and Shower Facilities, Library, Various Clubs to join, etc. will keep you coming back year after year.
