We had a great time! Hong was very responsive.Close to all once we navigated street car, it is so easy to get around city yet have a peaceful neighborhood to stay!Thank you Hong!
This was the perfect place to stay in NOLA! Close to the Frenchmen street jazz clubs, which was our vibe! Very clean and super comfortable bed. They even had sunscreen :)
The location was great and it was so easy to get in and out with the code access. The hallway was loud due to the warped flooring but would not prevent us from staying again, just hard to be quiet walking in the hall. Overall just a great place to visit and the home was very nice.
The house was immaculately clean and super cute. Great location, walkable to the French Quarter. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!
Great communication with Damon and Hong.
This house is very nice and very well remodeled. Check in was very easy and the host was very helpful. The house was very well stocked with all the basic things you would need.
This was a phenomenal property. It was well located and very comfortable. The backyard was beautiful and the amenities were exactly what we needed. There was no hassle in any way and the host was so helpful and responsive. The property looks as good if not better inside.
This home was perfect for our girl's trip of 3. The property was well furnished and very clean. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we felt safe in the home. The property manager was quick to reply to all of my questions.
Nice home, friendly neighborhood. We made it to the house the evening before the historic snowfall! The house had enough to keep us entertained while we were snowed in and waiting for businesses and roads to open. We would definitely stay again if available. Thanks for sharing your home.
Everything about the house was wonderful. Block that the house was in was ok, but surrounding neighborhood was rough. Having said that, we had no problems whatsoever. Parking was no problem, always able to park in front of house. Would stay there again.
The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The beds were comfortable, I slept so good. It’s peaceful and quiet, I didn’t even have to use white noise. I enjoyed the shower too. Water pressure was awesome. We enjoyed coffee on the front patio. We hung out in the backyard. Every little thing one would want in a vacation rental was provided at this property. This house is perfect! The location is my favorite! My family and I had a wonderful stay.
Unit was clean and as described. We couldn’t get the televisions to work but weren’t there to watch television anyway.
Has a nice shared back courtyard. Kitchen came equipped enough to function well. There was not grill outside that I could find but other than that, it was close to everything we were there to do.
Had plenty of towels in the bathroom as well as shower gel and shampoo.
We were very comfortable and had a really great time.
Extremely comfy beds, clean & cool place not far from all the excitement!!
Great property in the live music district (where many locals live) just a 28 min walk to Bourbon St. Extremely comfy beds!!! Pillows were so comfortable too!! Only negative was no remotes or directions for working bedroom TV's. Owner offered to come over to help with them but it wasn't necessary as it was our last night there. Loved the PBR beer stuff throughout the house since we were visiting from Wisconsin. Very easy to get in contact with mgr/owner of property. I'd suggest having a list of recommendations of things to do, places to eat, things to check out, etc for people like us new to the area. The neighbors around us were all very nice as well!!
Thank you for an enjoyable stay!!
Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. This is a nicely appointed property. The tourist section is within a 15-20 minute walk (or a short Uber drive). And a great Jazz scene is right down the street as well as bakeries, and a microbrewery. The home is in a city so the neighborhood is eclectic (not sketchy). There is a community garden a few doors down and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. There is plenty of parking on the street.
The only downside was this property was listed, at the time of booking, for more than 4 people. The owner offered the sofa as a bed, but it was too short for an adult. But, we were able to make sleeping arrangements work for us.
The accommodations were exceptional. The unit had all of the necessary amenities and more. It was very comfortable with a nice back yard and deck. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but typical of the area. It was within walking distance of public transportation, stores, good restaurants and clubs. Street parking was always available during our visit. A 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive to the French Quarter. A shorter walk/drive to the entertainment section of lower Frenchmen St. The sound insulation from the adjacent unit was not perfect. We could hear our neighbors and I am sure they could hear us. The hot water was, oddly, inconsistent. However, we were very satisfied overall and would consider booking again if ever we return to NOLA.
Perfect property for our stay. It was my wife and I plus our 15 year old. We spent our three days all over the city and it was all an east drive from the property. Comfy and cozy house. Neighborhood looked sketchy but was pretty quiet and every one we saw on the street was friendly. Would definitely book here again.
