The Space:
This 2 bed / 2 bath newly remolded cottage blends original 1930's charm with modern day luxury. There is one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor, along with a full bathroom featuring a claw foot bath tub and shower.

The second floor features the master suite including a dedicated workspace, king bed, twin sized day bed, private bathroom, and balcony.

The cottage features central cooling and heating, free Wi-Fi access, washer/dryer, a fully-stocked kitchen, an outdoor grill, private fenced-in backyard with driveway car parking, along with a covered outdoor lounge space (with a TV).

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in St. Augustine! It was cozy, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to town for easy access to shops and restaurants. The fully fenced backyard was a highlight, providing a great space for our dog to enjoy while we grilled and sipped wine. House was great!

It was our first visit to St Augustine. The house was located close to downtown, walking there we did have to cross the 4 lane highway at the light. The house had great kitchen and awesome back porch, beds were very comfortable too. House was best one on street, some looked abandoned and some weren’t kept up. We were happy to have an oasis! The renovation on the house was well done, loved the style of decor.
