Unique and newly constructed two bedroom/one bath, fully furnished guest house nestled behind a renovated Spanish home. This architecturally designed home has 880 sq ft and everything you need to enjoy your stay including in home laundry, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, private patio with shared use of an additional outdoor space, and cleaning supplies. Open living room concept, with gorgeous, folding glass doors that completely open the interior space to an outdoor living area. And with easy access to the 10 for a quick drive to the beaches, this LA oasis is perfect for your short- or long-term stays (1 to 12 Months).

Wonderful Host and Property

The host could not be nicer or more accommodating and the property is well-designed and architecturally appealing. It is as advertised in terms of quality and furniture. Many nice touches in terms of glassware, amenities, books and art so it feels very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The property is quiet and peaceful, and secure and street parking is easy. Garden seating an extra plus. I would recommend the host and his property enthusiastically.

Perfect Stay in Miracle Mile

The house is beautifully designed, well appointed and incredibly comfortable for a long-term stay. The kitchen is a dream to cook in with top-of-the-line appliances and an ideal layout. Love the sliding glass wall in the great room that lets in sunlight throughout the day and makes the space feels even larger than it is. Great location too with LA's best restaurants and museums in walking distance! Owner was accommodating and available as needed during my stay. Fantastic all around!

Above and Beyond

Location was great. Quiet cul de sac street. Property was awesome. Very private, quiet. Completely updated. Owner was very welcoming and always available if you had a question or anything. The owner was also very accommodating to any requests and checked in with us to make sure everything during our stay was going well. Can’t say enough about this property and the owner. Would give it 1,000 ⭐️ if I could.
