About this property

Charming bungalow in quiet neighborhood inside 285

Fast WIFI, private parking on level driveway, beautiful back deck overlooking a private backyard.
Our bungalow is a ranch-style two-bedroom, one-bath home with hardwood floors. Full kitchen, dining room, and living room. It has a private deck overlooking the backyard. Nicely maintained lawn and front yard. The basement has recently been renovated into an apartment, and there is a permanent tenant residing there. There is no interior access between the house and the private basement apartment. Front and back yards are considered shared spaces with the tenant. Basement tenant will leave the driveway free for guest parking during stay.
The one-level ranch living area of the home is at your disposal, and the driveway is yours during your stay. The basement apartment is a private residence and is not open to or accessible by guests.
We do not allow pets, smoking, parties, or loud music.
