We are conveniently located centrally to all destinations within St. Louis and it’s suburbs! Low traffic, and easy navigation to many restaurants and local spots!

THE EXPERIENCE

Located in a historic brick building, this one bedroom / one bath provides a spacious and quiet apartment. The apartment’s furniture has been all updated. Including a car port in back.
The space
Enjoy having the entire apartment to yourself or share it with family or friends; this unit sleeps up to 2 guests (queen bed) +1 if they don't mind couch surfing! This location embodies city comfort; offering safe and easily drivable options for shopping and dining. Experience this historic retreat among a peaceful tree-lined avenue; with morning and afternoon sunlight guaranteed to brighten your day.

LIVING ROOM:
The sizeable living room is great for reading or enjoying your favorite TV Shows on the Apple TV provided.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom features a queen size bed, extra pillows and blankets are available!

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is spacious, complete with all the appliances you would need to make a home cooked meal! There is room for four to comfortably dine at the dinner table, so feel free to invite friends over!

BATHROOM:
The bathroom shows it's historic charm with pastel tiling bring the room to life. Featuring a bathtub/shower combo!

PARKING:
For privacy, this property features a car port in back to make sure your car is safe while sleeping comfortably overnight!

We had a great time. It was clean and convenient to all the touristy things we wanted to do. The host was very fast with communication if you had any questions. I definitely recommend staying here, it's in a nice safe neighborhood as well.

This property was exactly what we needed for our 34 day stay in St Louis. It was just like the description that was posted, the host could have not been more accommodating and a really nice couple. I would highly recommend this for a short stay or a long stay like ours. I know we will try to get it the next time we need a stay in St Louis.

My wife and I stayed in Connor's place in St. Louis Hills for a visit with our daughter and her family nearby. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Francis Park and the beer garden, and a short drive to other St. Louis attractions and establishments.The duplex is well-furnished and uncluttered with plenty of storage space for clothing and personal items. The queen-size bed has a comfortable mattress. The kitchen equipment is basic but adequate for a short stay.Host communication was prompt and responsive, in spite of the fact (unknown to me until the end of our stay) that Connor was on a honeymoon trip while we were there!To sum up: it's an outstanding rental, among the best we've had, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others.

This house was the perfect place for my four night stay in St. Louis. The place was immaculate, bed comfy, and towels fluffy. I’m a nervous Nelly about street parking but this was as easy as could be -always plenty of space right in front of the house. The house was in a fabulous neighborhood near a beautiful park and a Target. It was far enough to be outside of the bustle of the city, but close enough for a 15 minute ride to the Gateway Arch and other tourist sites. Connor was a wonderful host. He was super fast with communications and very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cozy house in a safe, quiet neighborhood to come home to after a day exploring St. Louis.

As others have mentioned, this duplex is just as it is presented. It’s clean and welcoming. We did not meet Connor, but he was readily available via the VRBO emails. We brought our little dog, and I felt very comfortable walking her around the block, in the neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here.
