Your home base is in a convenient location close to family-fun attractions and less than five miles away from Pier Park for additional fun.

When you’re not out and about, retreat to your home for relaxation and comfort. Your private, furnished balcony provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and is a great space to unwind. Inside, you’ll appreciate the comfortable furnishings and the well-appointed kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. Share these together in the dining area with room for all. There is also a private washer/dryer, WiFi, and central air-conditioning for added convenience.

Guests will need to directly pay the resort a $50 registration fee upon arrival, which covers parking passes and armbands. Guests may purchase one additional parking pass for $30.

Great Location!

We took a family vacation with adults and children under 12. This was a great location with lots of room. We enjoyed both pools while we were there and it has easy beach access. Highly recommend!

Very Pleased!!

Great location Tiki bar across the street has amazing food at a very fair price. Room located right by elevator, stairs, tower 2 pool, and trash chute. Easy walk across the street to beach. Easy check-in. Front desk had all our stuff ready. Very please with room. Loved our beds. Plenty of hot water for everyone. Great view!! Boogey boards, beach chairs, and beach tent provided. No issues with parking for us. Only cons: bottom shelf in fridge missing Could have used an extra blanket, but we brought one- but the AC works awesome. Hole in the wall where someone pulled out towel bar. Overall we were incredibly pleased with this room and we would 💯 stay here again. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this rental and property.

GP 2-308 nightmare

The unit was not as clean as I would have liked. The top of the fridge and most of the decor was dusty. The dryer and the internet did not work. I spend at least one of my days waiting on maintenance only to find out that the maintenance wasn’t coming. The remotes to the tvs was not functioning proper either. The extra covers in the closets were STANKY. I booked with another site last year and the experience was nothing like this. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay.

Need a vacation from our vacation

Things went downhill fast. Everything appeared clean until we saw our kids feet were black. The floor was really dirty. It had been swept but not mopped. Too small for 9 people. TV in one room did not work at all. Loaded our wet beach towels to wash them second day and washer/dryer did not work. Support team said TV could not be fixed. Fixed washer then the dryer still did not work. Support team told us they would be there every day. Said they got the part needed. Some days I called more than once. Every time they said they would be there before the day was over. Then changed the story that they needed approval. Had to go to a laundromat to wash our towels and dry them. Dryer was never fixed. Customer service said they would refund us $25 for having to take several trips to the laundromat spend 3 hrs of our vacation each time in the very busy laundromat and pay additional money to wash and dry our towels. TVs that worked kept loosing cable connection and turning off. First full day there workers came and and piled the balcony furniture in front of the sofa and bared the balcony doors on the outside for outdoor building cleaning. If there had been a fire we only had one way out if we could even get to the front door. Blinds on one bedroom window said do not open the blinds would fall down. Have vacationed a lot with VRBO and always had a pleasant experience but not this time. We came home more stresses than when we left. Very dissatisfied.
