This condo was beyond perfect for our vacation! The balcony alone is worth every penny! The owner was amazing and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! This was the 2nd time we rented this unit and will definitely stay again!!

We did have some hurricane related issues but the condo itself was laid out great. It could use a deep cleaning, but was acceptable. Supplies were limited, so take extra. The patio was large and the view amazing. The patio furniture needs some attention. The host did respond, although slow sometimes. The parking is HORRIBLE!!! One space for a 4 bedroom condo. Overflow has about 25 spaces that are usually full and then it’s paid parking. This is a 23 story building!!!!

Beautiful Condo and Great location and views right on the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. Lots of close opportunities for eating and entertainment. Condo was clean and tidy. Host was quick to respond when contacted. Would absolutely stay again.

The unit had everything and more than you needed. It was the best equipped kitchen we have ever booked before. The elevator was a lot quicker than usual and there were always carts. I just wish they had more parking spots for quest or more tags as multiple people drove. Beautiful view from the 17th floor with soooo much room on the balcony for all to eat and enjoy the sunset!

Nicole never mentioned anything during the stay or when they checked in. If they mention the first day we can send the houskeeping again. During the stay due to people wearing shoes inside and due to beach humidity it might have got dirty. My housekeeping sends the picture immediately after cleaning and the floor looked clean and I checked with houskeeping also, they vaccum and mop it.

Family vaca stay away from home

Great Family Vacation

The condo served as the perfect location for our family vacation consisting of 12 people. We had plenty of sleeping room and the balcony was huge with plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again!

All I can say is that our stay there was one of the best we’ve had in Panama City Beach—and my family and I have been visiting the area several times a year for the past few years. We’ve stayed in many different places, but we will definitely be coming back to this one, and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. Truly a 10/10 experience. Plus, the owner is an absolutely fantastic guy—someone you can easily work things out with regarding anything at all. On top of that, with every question I had, he never took longer than 30 minutes to an hour to reply. I was pleasantly surprised by this, as I’ve previously had to wait as long as a whole day for a response. Best regards, and thank you so much for this great place!!
