Head out to the lovely Gulf coast of Mexico for an unforgettable trip! You'll be within driving distance of pristine, popular, sandy beaches such as Seaside Beach, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, and the famed Seagrove Beach! And within walking distance of beach access (1/4 mile). Check out Deer Lake State Park with your family and bask in the sun as you enjoy a gorgeous picnic on the picnic tables. Or, head downtown to indulge yourself in some shopping and fine dining.

Within your comfy retreat, you'll be welcomed by the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, providing fun-filled evenings of cooking with friends! Also during your stay, enjoy access to multiple TVs, a private washer/dryer to clean your clothes in after a day out on the coast, and a fantastic balcony for you to sit out on and watch the sunset with your loved ones.

Be sure to visit the shared pool nearby for some swimming, and come back to your humble abode, kick up your feet, and tune into a movie marathon to end the evenings right.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable/Easy Access

Super comfy, clean condo. Beds were super comfy, furniture has been super well loved and the couch could probably stand to be replaced. But it wasn’t a make or break for us. Everything was close enough to us. Nearest beach access is about a 3-5 minute drive depending on traffic, but parking is SUPER limited, so get there early. Pool was a big hit for us, we had it to ourselves most of the time, super friendly area, we enjoyed our stay very much!

So much joy on our Santa Rosa Trip.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Herons Watch Way on Santa Rosa Beach! Perfectly situated along the highly sought-after Scenic Highway 30A, this condo was a gem. The unit itself—on the second floor—was tastefully decorated, well-maintained, and directly across from the pool, which made relaxing a breeze. The beach was a dream: powdery white sand, never overcrowded, and always close to a spot where we could grab a cold drink or a quick bite. Evenings on the deck were peaceful and serene, surrounded by a wooded view that made it the perfect retreat for reading or quiet reflection. One of the unexpected perks? The renowned Florida Fish Company was just steps away from the condo parking lot. The food was absolutely delicious, and the steady crowd it draws day after day says it all. Just down the drive, we found a super convenient corner store and liquor shop—everything we needed for the perfect Florida vacation was right there.

Lack of kitchen equipment

Upon arrival I found the kitchen was lacking basic tools and equipment ie 3 spoons. No serving bowls sheet pan cork screw potatoe masher. And more. Also the electrical outlet next to the bathroom sink did not have a gfci.Life hazard.

Perfect for a small family!

We went out and adventured during the day, so this place was great to come back to. Perfect for a small family or couple. The pool was too cold to enjoy, really hoped it was heated for the little kids.
