Curly Tail Cottage - Guana Cay, in the Settlement

Completed in 2022, Curly Tail Cottage is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage with laundry, just steps from the beach and fun at Grabbers Bed Bar & Grill. Tucked in the settlement, it’s a short walk to everything you need, including the dock, grocery store and world-famous Nippers Beach Bar.

Our friendly caretakers will greet you upon arrival and are always just a phone call away, making sure your stay is as easy and carefree as island life should be.

Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided as well as a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to sign acknowledgement of the following house rules and provide a credit card to cover any damages:
- The property is clean upon your arrival. If left in an unacceptable condition, additional cleaning charges may apply.
- This is a non-smoking property. A minimum $500.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- Occupancy levels will be strictly enforced. Additional guests will be charged $150 per night per person.
- Management reserves the right to charge the guest credit card for damages.
- Parking is provided for two golf carts per property only
- No parties and no pets
- Management/owner assumes no liability for guest injury
